NoNetz Exchange & Return Policy

Here's how our shipping works.  Orders placed before noon will ship the next day.  Standard shipping times vary widely-anywhere between 5 to 10 business days.  We have no control over the delivery carriers so this is a best guesstimate.

Please strongly consider purchasing Route on checkout. It is on by default for your protection. This is insurance that your package will be replaced if the post office does not deliver it. We have had many instances of lost packages due to the mail hubs being overwhelmed. With Route, you can file a claim and get a replacement sent automatically. Without Route, NoNetz will open a claim for you but it is a lengthy process.

Your NoNetz didn't work out? No worries. We’ll help you get started on your exchange or return here. Just have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your NoNetz Order Confirmation email.

our exchange & return policy

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with the hang tags still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $5 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
