Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns process. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags still attached.
Unless you are processing an exchange, $5 will be deducted from your refund for each item returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined in our returns policy. We offer free exchanges on all items within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags still attached.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please email Info@NoNetz.com.
- Please indicate whether its a return or an exchange.
- Keep all tags on the item. Without the tags, the items cannot be processed for a return or an exchange.
- If it's an exchange, please tell us the item line, color and size you wish.
- Exchanges are free. For each item returned, a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We will email a shipping label to you.
- Your refund will happen after we receive the item at the warehouse and it passes inspection.
Please Note:
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear or improper care.
- If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.
